White Pepper

Description

Our White Pepper is carefully sourced from fully ripened pepper berries grown in the highlands of Idukki, Kerala. After harvesting, the outer black skin is removed through soaking and drying — revealing a smooth, ivory-colored core with subtle heat and earthy-sweet flavor.

White pepper is prized in continental, Chinese, and light-colored Indian dishes where you want the flavor without the black flecks. It adds a delicate, aromatic warmth to soups, sauces, and marinades.
